CAN I RETURN ITEMS

Our goal is to ensure our customers are 100% satisfied with their purchase. All goods purchased from www.finishlinesports.com.au can be exchanged for a product only store credit or a refund with proof of purchase (freight component is not refundable). This is provided that the goods are returned within 21 days of purchase, have not been used and are in their original packaging.  If you have purchased from our stand-alone stores you will need to return to the store (where purchased from) to exchange for a product only store credit or a refund, please keep all tags still attached and your receipt.

WHAT HAPPENS IF ITEMS ARE SOLD OUT?

If an item is temporarily out of stock, you will be contacted and informed of the anticipated delivery date. If an item or particular size is sold out, it will be unavailable for selection on the web page.

HOW DO YOU DELIVER GOODS IN AUSTRALIA?

Goods are delivered within Australia via courier. Please allow up to 1-3 working days for delivery of your item/s.

HOW SAFE IS IT TO BUY THROUGH FINISH LINE ONLINE?

Finish Line Online is extremely secure. No credit card number is stored in the system. Your credit card details will be passed to the payment gateway as soon as they have been processed.
